If you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the contact details you entered on that form (such as your name, email, and phone number) so we can respond to your request. Information you submit through those forms is governed by this Privacy Policy as well as Meta’s own policies.

c. Automatically Collected Data

When you use our Site, we may automatically collect:

2. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

• Meta Pixel & Meta Conversions API – to measure ad effectiveness, track conversions, and deliver relevant ads. The Meta Pixel may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc in your browser.
• CallRail – call tracking and analytics. CallRail may display a dynamic phone number and use cookies to attribute your phone call and website visit to a marketing source. When you call a number shown on our Site or in our ads, CallRail processes your phone number and call details on our behalf.

When you request a quote or become a customer, we may share certain information with Meta Platforms, Inc. – such as your email address, phone number, and name, and the fact that you requested, scheduled, or purchased a service (events we label Lead, Schedule, and Purchase). Before contact details such as your email and phone number are sent, they are irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 on our systems, so Meta receives a scrambled value rather than your readable email or phone number. Meta uses this hashed information only to match activity to accounts for ad measurement and optimization, and its handling is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Business Tools Terms.

If you request a quote or give us your phone number, we and our authorized calling provider may contact you by phone — including using automated dialing technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice — to respond to your request, provide a quote, and schedule service. These calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, scheduling, and record-keeping. At the start of a call we will tell you that an AI voice is being used and that the call may be recorded. Calls you place to the phone numbers shown on our Site or in our ads may also be routed through our call-tracking provider (CallRail) and recorded for quality and attribution.

By submitting your number through our Site or a Facebook/Instagram lead form, you consent to receive these calls at the number you provided; consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time — for example, by telling us during a call (“stop,” “remove me,” or similar) or by contacting us at [email protected] — and we will honor your request promptly.

Deleting data associated with Facebook or Instagram. If you submitted a lead through Facebook or Instagram and want the data we received deleted, email [email protected] with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line, and we will delete the information we hold about you from that lead and confirm when it is done.

We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of internet or mobile transmission is 100% secure.

9. Third-Party Links
