1. Business Identity & Agreement Terms

STONECARPETPROS.COM LLC provides this Website as a service to potential and existing customers. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including casual visitors. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information & Disclaimers

Our installation services include the necessary materials. Because we use natural stone, variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected. While we strive to present accurate images, under certain circumstances (e.g., due to lighting differences, screen display variations, or natural stone inconsistencies), the product photos may not fully reflect the final installed appearance.

Custom blends or specially ordered materials are final sale and non-refundable.

3. Warranties & Limitations

We offer a 3-year limited warranty on products and workmanship, covering adhesion failure and cracking (excluding cracks caused by substrate movement). Warranty claims are evaluated in accordance with our official warranty documentation.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Damage due to abuse (weight, force, chemicals, excessive moisture, neglect)
Discoloration from UV or water exposure
Color variations from samples
Substrate movement or instability

Customers are responsible for routine maintenance, including periodic cleaning and reglazing every 2–3 years. The cost of top coating is not covered under warranty.

We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Payment Terms

We accept debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. To encourage efficient payment processing, we offer a 3% discount for payments made via ACH or check.

Payment schedules and amounts are detailed in your individual contract. Typically, a deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due upon project completion. All payments must be made by the due dates specified in your contract to avoid project delays.

Bounced checks will incur a fee as permitted by law, as specified in your contract.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made less than one week before the scheduled start date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is intended to cover scheduling and administrative costs and is waived if cancellation occurs more than two weeks before the scheduled start date.

Note: Credit card payments may incur a processing surcharge, which reflects the actual cost of payment processing. This surcharge will be disclosed at the time of payment. To avoid this fee, we offer surcharge-free payment options, including ACH transfers or checks. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Site Access & Use

The Website is freely accessible. When users submit quote requests or contact forms, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number to prepare and deliver quotes. This information may be shared with trusted subcontractors or vendors solely for the purpose of completing your requested project.

We use cookies and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to analyze website traffic and personalize content and advertisements. Cookies help us understand how users interact with the site and improve our services.

7. SMS Messaging Terms (Customer Care)

If you provide your mobile phone number through our Website forms, lead intake forms, phone calls, or other customer-initiated contact methods, you consent to receive one-to-one SMS messages from STONECARPETPROS.COM LLC for customer care purposes related to active inquiries and projects. These messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling, project updates, and service-related information.
